Let’s get out of our blues and into the hues of Light with the high energy empowering IntenSati and working in some piloxing (pilates and boxing just had a baby!) this week:

At the fern dell entrance of Griffith park along Los Feliz blvd. meet at the bear. Bring a yoga mat if you’d like and water.

FIT TIP: Lean with Beans… and Brown Sugar too! 
I brought over my favorite new workout dvd: PILOXING (www.piloxing.com) to my friend’s house, and we didn’t have the 1.5 lb gloves like they wear in the video, so we busted out the cuban beans cans and the brown sugar boxes! Proves, You have everything you need around you. Save yourself some money, get creative, find a supportive buddy and a fun new workout, and burn those muscles with lots of reps. Smaller the weights, the MORE reps! And brown sugar on black beans is pretty dang good too!
